RETURN POLICY

At Hughes Farms we want you to enjoy and love our products as much as we do, saying that we have implemented a fair and easy return policy.
What to do with a Candle or melt you do not like
​If you purchase a candle or melt you do not like we want you to contact us with details on the item. Once you have contacted us with a candle or melt you did not like, if the item is half used or less will we will have you mail the item back to us at your expense and replace the item with a different item at equal or cheaper value and we will ship the item back to you at our expense. For example, you purchase a Zucchini Bread 8oz Candle from us and it does not smell like the Zucchini Bread that mom use to make, you should contact us using our email address or click here. Give us a description of why you are not satisfied with the product and which scent you would like to replace it with if we have it in stock. We will respond back to your email and tell you where to ship the item. Once we receive the product in the mail we will replace it and ship the replacement within 1 to 3 business days. ​If you are unwilling to ship the item(s) back to us and you live in the Waynesburg PA area we are more than willing to meet you someplace of your choosing to exchange the item(s).

What to do with an Item you receive that is Damaged
We understand that accidents happen and want you to enjoy your items, so if you receive our products and 1 or all of them are damaged you should immediately contact us by sending us an email or clicking here. When you send us an email, please provide us with photos of the damaged product(s) and which scent(s) they are. We will message you back with instructions on what to do with the damaged item(s) and begin the process of getting you the item(s) you have ordered, so you can begin enjoying them as soon as possible. ​If you are unwilling to ship the item(s) back to us and you live in the Waynesburg PA area we are more than willing to meet you someplace of your choosing to exchange the item(s).

If you ordered a Shirt and it is to small or large
If you have placed an order for a shirt and it is to small or large, please contact us by email or click here. In the email just explain to us whether the shirt is to big or to small and we will respond back with an address for you to ship the item back to us at. Please understand that we are willing to ship the item to you at no cost to you, but in order for us to do so you must be willing to ship the item back to us at your cost. If you are unwilling to ship the item(s) back to us and you live in the Waynesburg PA area we are more than willing to meet you someplace of your choosing to exchange the item(s).

What to do if you have not received your items and the tracking number shows your items as delivered
Contact us or click here and let us know that your tracking number shows the item(s) as delivered but you have not received them. That way we can contact the Post Office and find out who is enjoying your products. Once we have contacted the Post Office and find out where your items are we can either ship out a new package or instruct them to tear the package out of the hands, (possibly making them cry) of the people they delivered it to and get it to you.
